The Nest (Wraparound Care)
Welcome to the Nest!
The Nest is the wraparound care provision at Cubbington C of E Primary School.
Lisa Wills is the wraparound manager for The Nest, and will be your first point of contact, should you have any queries regarding wraparound care.
The Nest can be accessed from the entrance on Church Hill, just opposite St Mary’s Church and will offer daily extended care between the hours of 7.30am – 6pm Monday to Thursday and 7.30am – 5pm Friday. Our aim is to provide affordable, high quality, fun and engaging sessions that will give you the peace of mind that your children are being cared for safely.
The main adults working within the nest are Lisa, Alison, Seabina and Gemma.
We have Mr Thorne from Warwickshire Sports, running a sports club on Wednesdays, with Mr Bloomer running Sports clubs on Monday's and Thursday's.
We also have the amazing Nature Connection Art Club, which is run by Sam and the lovely Gardening Club run by Rita, Rose and Dave.

You will be able to select which sessions you require during the week and this will be fixed for the half term and payable in advance.
We encourage children to be picked up at the end of session 2 where possible, especially if they are booked into one of the extra curricular clubs. If you do have to collect earlier than the session 2 finish time, please make sure you contact The Nest in advance, as children will need to attend the nest if they are due to be collected earlier and booked into another club.
If you would like your child to have breakfast in session 1, please make sure they are present before 8.15am
There will always be room for your child in any Nest session, on any day of the week simply by using the ‘Ad-hoc’ booking feature on the system. However, we can’t guarantee a space in all of the extra-curricular clubs, as some of these sessions are run on a first come first served basis and have a maximum number of children per session.
Please can you make sure you have booked the ad-hoc session by midday on the day of the booking, where possible.
Ad hoc sessions cost £7.00 per session.

We are happy to accept childcare vouchers and tax free childcare.
We are registered with the tax-free childcare system and most voucher providers. If we are not registered with your particular provider please email with the details and we will register with them.
If you need to check how much your booking will be, you can create a "dummy booking" on the system, just don't click to check out until we have credited your account.

Summer Term 1 Timetable
The Nest is expected to be open for the first two weeks of the summer holidays, we would appreciate if all bookings could be made by Friday 19th June. This will enable us to assess whether it will be viable to open and time to plan the exciting activities we will be offering throughout the two weeks.

We offer a selection of tasty, nutritious options for breakfast and dinner at The Nest.
Children are given the option of water or milk to drink at all sessions and one cup of orange or blackcurrant squash with dinner.
Alternatives are provided to those children who have allergies or dietary need - this information is shared and updated with us by the school once you have provided them with details.
