How To Book

To book a place at The Nest please use the online booking system here: https://cubbingtonafterschool.onsidelive.co.uk/sign-in

You will be able to select which sessions you require during the week and this will be fixed for the half term and payable in advance.

We encourage children to be picked up at the end of session 2 where possible, especially if they are booked into one of the extra curricular clubs. If you do have to collect earlier than the session 2 finish time, please make sure you contact The Nest in advance, as children will need to attend the nest if they are due to be collected earlier and booked into another club.

If you would like your child to have breakfast in session 1, please make sure they are present before 8.15am

Fees

Ad-Hoc Bookings

There will always be room for your child in any Nest session, on any day of the week simply by using the ‘Ad-hoc’ booking feature on the system. However, we can’t guarantee a space in all of the extra-curricular clubs, as some of these sessions are run on a first come first served basis and have a maximum number of children per session.

Please can you make sure you have booked the ad-hoc session by midday on the day of the booking, where possible.

Ad hoc sessions cost £7.00 per session.

Childcare Vouchers

We are happy to accept childcare vouchers and tax free childcare.

We are registered with the tax-free childcare system and most voucher providers. If we are not registered with your particular provider please email with the details and we will register with them.

If you need to check how much your booking will be, you can create a "dummy booking" on the system, just don't click to check out until we have credited your account.
