📚 What learning takes place?

Multi-Sports Club supports children's physical, social and personal development through active play and sport.

Children will develop fundamental skills including running, jumping, throwing, catching, kicking, balancing, changing direction and moving safely through space. These skills provide a strong foundation for participating in a wide range of sports.

Children will learn how different sports have different rules, techniques and strategies. They will practise making decisions during games, working out where to move and how to support their teammates.

Team activities help develop communication, cooperation, leadership and problem-solving skills, while challenges encourage children to persevere and keep trying when something is difficult.

Children will also learn about fair play, respect, sportsmanship and positive competition, including how to celebrate success and respond positively when things don't go their way.

Most importantly, children will develop a positive attitude towards exercise, movement and staying active, while having lots of fun.
