Our Fashion Club is a fun and creative club where children can explore the exciting world of fashion through hands-on craft and design activities.
Children will have the opportunity to create their own fashion-inspired projects, experiment with colours, patterns, textures and materials, and develop their own unique style. The club encourages children to be imaginative and creative while learning practical skills in a fun and supportive environment.

Activities may include:

👜 Creating and decorating fashion bags
👑 Making crowns, tiaras and fashion accessories
💍 Designing jewellery and accessories
🎀 Making hair accessories and bows
👗 Designing outfits and fashion collections
👠 Creating paper or card shoe designs
🧵 Exploring fabric, ribbons, buttons and other textiles
🕶️ Designing and decorating sunglasses
🧢 Creating personalised hats and caps
🌈 Tie-dye and fabric decorating projects
🧶 Making friendship bracelets and other accessories
✏️ Creating fashion illustrations and mood boards
♻️ Upcycling and transforming old or recycled materials into fashion items
🎭 Creating costumes and themed fashion designs
🎄 Seasonal and celebration-themed fashion crafts
Activities will be adapted to suit the children's ages and abilities, with plenty of opportunities for children to add their own ideas and personal touches.

📚 What learning takes place?
Fashion Club provides lots of learning opportunities while children are having fun.
Children will explore basic fashion and design concepts, including colour combinations, patterns, textures, shapes and how different materials can be used to create clothing and accessories.
They will develop design and planning skills by thinking about what they want to create before making it. Children will learn how to follow instructions, use tools and materials safely, and overcome challenges when their designs don't quite go to plan.
The club also encourages creative thinking, communication and self-expression, allowing children to make their own choices and develop their confidence as designers.
Through upcycling activities, children can also learn about reusing materials, reducing waste and sustainable fashion, helping them understand that old or unused items can be transformed into something new and creative.

💷 Fee: Block bookings are £6.25 per week or ad-hoc bookings are £7.00 per session
